Marc Zürcher

Marc Zürcher is co-founder and partner at think about business.

A lawyer admitted to the Bar and practising within a law firm, he also serves on various administrative and judicial bodies at cantonal and federal level. At think about business, Marc Zürcher applies his legal expertise to provide practical, solution-oriented support tailored to clients’ operational realities. He specialises in particular in contractual matters, insurance and data protection, as well as in advising organisations on leadership, management and planning matters.

Marc Zürcher practises primarily in French, as well as in German and English.

Alexandre Leuba

A pragmatic approach to law, serving business

Alexandre Leuba is co-founder and partner at think about business.

Alexandre Leuba holds a Swiss attorney-at-law qualification, a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Sports Law and a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Data Protection. He has recognised international expertise at the intersection of law, governance and corporate strategy. His experience is further complemented by an International Project Management Certificate (IPMA). He currently serves as Director of Legal Affairs and Human Resources (HR) at a watchmaking manufacturing company in French-speaking Switzerland.

He also serves on several boards of directors, some of which he chairs. At think about business, he advises companies on legal, regulatory and organisational challenges in demanding and constantly evolving environments.

Sarah Ulrich

A strategic bridge and the effective integration of law into the business

Sarah Ulrich is Senior Advisor at think about business.

With a Master’s degree in law, a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in In-house Counsel and a project management certificate, Sarah Ulrich has extensive industry experience, having successfully held several strategic and executive roles. An expert in law, compliance, and governance, she has solid international experience gained with major companies in the aerospace, defence, and infrastructure sectors in Switzerland. She currently holds a position within the Board Secretariat of a Swiss company.

With think about business, she also undertakes mandate-based projects, providing her legal and strategic expertise in a targeted and flexible manner. A trusted partner to executive management and boards of directors, she specialises in particular in complex contracts, corporate governance and risk management.

Sarah Ulrich practises in German, English and Italian.
